GAME RULE CHANGE- Rabbit Runner
The NEW RULING, as agreed by all coaches and the Commissioner, regarding the Rabbit Runner is now changed to read, " The Rabbit Runner can NOW advance to SECOND BASE in place of the older ruling only allowing the Rabbit Runner to go to First Base. The runner may advance at his discretion to Second Base, but no further."
