LAKESIDE DERMATOLOGY vs ELK'S
The Lakeside Dermatology bats were on fire today. We had 4 inside the park home runs and 3 triples. Everyone on the team had at least two hits. We scored five runs in each of the first 6 innings! The final score was 31 to 23.

John Rozan had a home run and 2 RBIs.
Ellis Howard went 3 for 4 with a triple.
Lou Carmen went 3 for 4 with 2 RBIs.
Chuck Lepo went 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 RBIs.

ALAN JAY AUTO vs BEN & JERRY'S
Alan Jay traveled to the home field of Ben and Jerry's at Ice Cream Park (Field D). It was a beautiful day for Senior Softball. Except for the third inning it was a pitcher's duel the whole day. Alan Jay Auto bested the Ice Cream boys (and girl) by a score of 11-3. The third inning was big for the car dealership when they put up 5 runs to get a little separation. Mike Martino was 4-4 with 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Dave Conrad, Don Dobbert, and Matt Skjonsby each went 3-4 and Dick Cook was 2-4 with 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Dan Slot knocked in 2 runs also. Alan Jay Auto is now 13-5.

VFW vs McPHAILS AUTO
With McPhail's fresh off a loss to the Ice Cream personnel of Ben & Jerry's, VFW knew they were up against a hungry team, and McPhail's made it a point early on in the game that they wanted this win.
With back and forth scoring by both teams, it came down to the final half of the extra inning with the score board showing 17 - 16 in favor of the VFW.
Bottom of the 9th , McPhail's pulled out all the stops and managed to get 2 more runs in to put them ahead and win the game.
Final score - McPhail's 18 - VFW 17
